Former NBA Star Gilbert Arenas posted a video to Instagram describing the damage he did to his own car.

Arenas says his ex, Laura Govan - star of the VH1 reality show "Basketball Wives" - smashed a bunch of windows in their home and threw his laptop in the pool.
Govan has yet to speak on the matter.
